Deep inside you already KNOW what you feel about each and every situation and human being in your life.

But you love ignoring those feelings.
You love pretending those feelings aren’t there.
You love pushing them under the carpet hoping they’ll just go away.

You lock them in a box.
You even throw away the key.

But you also KNOW damn well that the box still exists.
You KNOW damn well that you locked something in there.
You KNOW damn well that you threw the key away.

‘But nobody else knows’
you think….

Honey, YOU KNOW!

It’s not effecting anyone else but YOU.

ALIGNMENT IS AN INTERNAL THING.

It’s invisible.

No-one else can see or feel what you are experiencing internally.

But it’s yucky feeling that YOU feel.

Being out of alignment eats you up inside.

And the more you go against it the more feedback the Universe will give you.

Then the feedback will piss you off.
You just won’t like it.

Yeah I know,
It feels awful…

You may even think it sucks.

But honey it doesn’t suck.

The universe is ALWAYS on your side.
It continues to guide you back into alignment.
It continues to give you feedback until you choose to listen.

But the question is –

WHEN WILL YOU LISTEN TO THE NUDGES OF YOUR OWN SOUL?

You may not like the direction you are being guided to.
You may not agree with the road that is being shown.

But everything always has a higher purpose.
The universe always has a bigger plan for you.
And it may look completely different from what you thought and expected.

AND THAT’S OK!

But do you know it’s ok?

Or are you still falling into the trap of being attached to people and circumstances?

The only thing you should ever be attached to is following the alignment of your own soul.

LIFE IS so so so so so SIMPLE.

(And I know you don’t agree right now).

And that’s because you are ignoring your inner knowing, therefore things get a little complicated – of course!
