I realised I had been living from a space of fear.
Focusing on the wrong ‘what ifs’.
Thinking about the future so much I was missing the present.
Caught up in scarcity.
Trying to control the outcome.
Taking part in overthinking like it had become my new favourite hobby.
The noice in my head got so loud.
It kept getting louder and louder.
I held my ears.
I screamed, with my loudest inner voice.
And in that moment I realised,
I had been operating from a space of fear.
My fears became the voices in my head.
They felt awfully true and real.
They kept on picking at me.
They drove me up the wall.
But all I could do was to blame myself for the uneasy feeling that had filled up my entire being.
I had chosen fear.
But in that same moment I made a decision.
My self-awareness gave me clarity.
And in an absolute instant,
I chose to trust.
I chose to let go.
I chose to move from my head back into my heart space.
I CHOSE LOVE.
Love without conditions.
Love without attachment.
Love without expectations.
I returned to the present moment.
I felt comfort from deep within.
I felt unconditional love that always existed within me, but that I forgot was there.
I surrendered to LOVE.
And because I trusted,
my beautiful wings finally held me.
They carried me.
They lifted me up where I had been so afraid to fly.
True power comes from SURRENDER.
So you can choose to surrender to LOVE or FEAR.
But you can’t surrender to both.
YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE.
You can’t walk left and right at the same time.
You can’t jump up and fall down at the same time.
You can’t look forward and backward at the same time.
Love or fear?
THE CHOICE IS YOURS.
Your choices become your reality.
Do you want your wings to carry you?
Do you want to fly and thrive?
Do you want to feel ease?
Then you must SURRENDER TO LOVE.
Fear cannot hold you.
Fear cannot support you.
Fear cannot fly you into greatness.
I CHOOSE LOVE.
I CHOOSE TRUST.
I CHOOSE SURRENDER.
